The room was comfy and stocked with satellite TV, climate control and a refrigerator.
Clean hotel, polite staff & convenient location to library. Nice building and rooms with great waterfront view. Location so close to the downtown area, two bars of soap-one for the sink and the beach.

The hotel was beautiful; located in downtown Norfolk. It was within walking distance to shopping, the waterfront and many restaurants. Shula's 347 was right in the hotel and had excellent steaks, sandwiches, soups and salads. The room was spacious, well decorated and the bed was very comfortable. It two large windows that overlooked the city. The hotel also has a dining room which served a full breakfast which included the option of a full breakfast buffet.
I can't thinkof a thing. It was an excellent stay!!

It offers modern rooms with 270 degree window view and double bed, as for instance, and every member of the staff was friendly.

The experience was quite pleasant, with staff being friendly and helpful during check-in. The room was spacious and offered a stunning view. We loved the convenient location, as we could easily walk to nearby attractions like the USS Wisconsin and Nauticus. The only downside was the need to request robes in the concierge room upon check-out, which would have been nice to have offered initially.
